Natural Harar Coffee

Natural Yirgacheffes have significant variability in terms of fundamental notes and individual notes, especially when compared to other Ethiopian areas. We noticed that the core notes are usually chocolate, lemon, and berry. They do, however, tilt toward fruit on certain notes. Statistically, the fact that we characterize these coffees as “winey” stands out.
