Washed Nekemte Coffee

Nekemte coffee is grown in Western Ethiopia and is prized for its flavorful, fruity aroma. Sometimes the higher-grade coffee may be distinctive with notes of honey, lemon, and flowers. It produces long, elongated, green to brownish beans.

  • Altitude: 1700-2200 m
  • Harvest: December to April
  • Shipment: February to September
  • Cup: Good acidity, medium body with a wild fruity finish
